My name is Carrigan Cullinan, and I am from Trumbull, CT. As a kid, I grew up in New Hampshire as a “Faculty Brat” on the campus of New Hampton School. This is where I fell in love with nature, being outside, and playing every sport possible. This led me to pursue soccer when we moved to Connecticut. I attended Trumbull High School and was a two-time FCIAC champion. Soccer also allowed me to take a postgraduate year at The Loomis Chaffee School, where I also played Lacrosse. Both my parents work in education, So I have been fortunate enough to have all these fantastic academic and athletic opportunities;

I was then able to commit to playing collegiate soccer and studying at Wesleyan University. Wesleyan has pushed me to learn more about myself, not just in the classroom but on the field and in my everyday life. I am a double major studying Economics and Psychology. I have chosen these majors because they are problem-solving, engaging, and something I will use in my future career, as I am trying to start a career in financial advising or wealth management. These opportunities have allowed me to foster my competitive mentality and flourish as a student, teammate, and individual.
